In your group of 3, you are going to teach the class about one aspect of life in Ancient Greece.
Possible Categories: Clothing, Women’s Roles, Philosophers, Famous Leaders, Athens, Sparta, Science & Technology, Soldiers & War, Weaponry
Your Subject: ________________________________________
You must TEACH the class, so just talking about your subject is not enough. You need to become an expert in your subject through research and then design a presentation with questions and some interaction with your audience. You presentation cannot be longer than seven minutes, or shorter than three.
At the end of all presentations, we will have a quiz on the content, so you must write two quiz questions based on your presentation. Open-ended questions are better. No multiple choice.
Expectations-
- KNOW your subject. Be ready for questions.
- Prepare a visual slideshow or other active presentation 3-7 minutes long
- Practice your presentation and have good stage presence (eye contact, vocal tone)
- Submit two assessment questions to Ms. Alexander on your presentation
- Work effectively in a group
- Pay close attention to other presentations and take notes
