ASSIGNMENT-
We will review a 5 paragraph essay and a description of quality planning for a 5 paragraph essay.
GOAL
- Students will know the parts of an essay
- Students will know how to organize an essay
5th period
Silent Reading- 20 minutes
Students will be given a list of possible prompts and will develop an essay plan and thesis statement to answers ONE prompt.
They will have exactly 30 minutes to plan the essay and write the thesis.
This is a quiz grade.
